Sergis Hadjiadamos (Sergis Adamos) was born in 1975. He is the son of sculptor and writer Andy Hadjiadamos (1936-1990). He has studied Fine Arts in Athens and Computer Graphics. He has curated exhibitions and exhibited his personal art in Paphos, Limassol, Nicosia and Athens.
Sergis artwork and curatorial approaches carry with them an amalgamation of overarching themes of cultural duality, auto-ethnography and cultural heritage digitisation through continuously merging narratives and artefacts. His concepts echo the tension of political power imbalances and highlight social justice issues through an experimental sense of art activism, mixed media and grassroots curatorial collaborations.
